If you contact Minesto by using the contact form, via email or via another platform, we may store and process your name, telephone number and email address and/or any other personal data that you may provide us with. We do this only to adequately meet your query. Your contact details may be shared with a third party if that is necessary for us to meet your query.
1.4 You apply for a job
If you apply for a job, via our careers site, email or other platform, we may process the personal data provided based on job-related information only and aim to contact candidates within 30 days. Minesto will ask for consent when we process data like disability information, cultural, genetic or biometric information or information gathered for any background checks. We will store your personal data for the purpose of the application only, in a secure location. We use third party providers to support recruitment. These suppliers may also store and process your personal data on our behalf.
1.5 You register or attend an event or webinar
If you register or attend an event or webinar, we may collect, store and process your personal data. We do this to give you access to the event or webinar and to provide any relevant follow up or feedback. For this purpose we may process your name, email address, phone number and country. If we use an event partner, your personal data may be shared with this party.
Photos and video recordings may also be collected, stored and used for marketing or other communication purposes.
2. For how long will your personal data be stored?
Minesto stores your personal data as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which the data has been collected, for example to be able send requested information to you, or as long as we are required by law. This means that Minesto deletes your personal data when it is no longer necessary to process a request or meet legal requirements. Statistics which have been anonymised may be saved thereafter.

You may at any time request the rectification or erasure of your personal data. You also have the right to request a copy of your personal data from our records.
