The Board of Swedish marine energy company Minesto has decided to apply for listing of the companys shares on First North at NASDAQ Stockholm and conduct a new issue of units directed to the public in Sweden of appoximatley EUR 10 million.

UK and Wales strengthen position as global leaders in marine renewable energy:
Marine energy company Minesto (https://minesto.com/) has been awarded a 13 million Euros investment from the European Regional Development Fund through the Welsh Government (http://gov.wales/funding/eu-funds/?lang=en). The funding is part of the commercial roll out, including the establishment of Minesto UK Headquarters in North Wales and commissioning of the first commercial Deep Green (https://minesto.com/deep-green/?1363717498822) power plant.
